Event Overview:

Opening Day – Saturday 04/05/25 – Dover Middle School Football Field (tentative)

9:30 am start time (Please do not be late!)

Parking at the Middle School and High School

**Bingo Tickets will be available for purchase and pick up!**

PREPARE FOR WEATHER!



Timeline:

• 8:00 Coffee truck arrival
• 8:15 Coaches arrive (Meet at the snack stand to check-in and get your sign)
• 8:45 Player arrival (sneakers only)
  • Parents/guardians will take their player to the coach.
  • After players are with the coach, parents will find a seat in the stadium
• 9:20 Start lining up players within teams (coaches)
• 9:30 Star Spangled Banner played, Parade begins
  • Coaches names will be announced.
  • Players walk around the track to opposite 50 yard line, then back to original spot.
• 9:45(ish) Everyone back in original position.
  • Special Speaker
• 10:00(ish) Parents/guardians go to coach to pickup players.
  

• Special notes:
  • Players wear jerseys, hats, and sneakers
  • We are planning some scrimmages for teams to play after the parade. Coaches will inform parents/guardians
